I Try to change the track order fran an Album in 2manage tracks". After saving comes the old track order back.

Joomla 1.5.23
Maain Media 1.55

I think one more person complained about this. Seems to happen sporadically. I will have to hunt down the bug.

Is there a fix for this bug?

it might be your server settings.
try this:

go to joomla backend - global configuration- server - change database type from "mysqli" to "mysql"

I have this problem too and its not just when re-ordering the tracks.

I actually just recreated 10 tracks in one folder, adding them in the order I want them to display. When I view the live page, they are no longer in the order I added them. I then tried to re-order them using the drag and drop facility but they still won;t.

Small but frustrating issue with what is otherwise an great component.

My database alreay shows mysql so changing database type from "mysqli" to "mysql" isn't the answer.
