do you have a folder called 'newlifechurch' in your user root directory with the mp3 files in it?

The path to the MP3 files needs to be relative to the SERVER root, like this:
//home/username/folder-with-mp3-tracks

so yours would be like this:
//home/jmlr1ehMcMo/newlifechurch

the path to the MP3 files is relative to the WEB root, where you have Joomla installed. So if you have a folder for MP3 previews in the joomla root called 'audio', you would place this in the "MP3 Preview Folder Path" like this with no trailing slash:

/audio

hope this helps.
You can always use tools to have MM check if your roots are correctly finding the specified folders.
